These classes are designed to invigorate your body and your mind. Shay McClendon is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer as well as a certified Nutrition Coach and Weight Loss Specialist focusing on Women’s Fitness. She is also attending classes to become a certified yoga instructor.

Soca with Shay

A high intensity dance fitness class powered but the sounds of the Caribbean! This class will get your heart pumping, happy hormones going and pounds dropping.

Banging Body Bootcamp

A total body work out that incorporates resistance, stabilization, flexibility, and interval training. This class will work every part of your body and leave you feeling stronger and sexier.

Thick with It

Dedicated to and created for women 200lbs and up. This class will provide a safe space,free of judgment, that will help establish a new baseline level of fitness and launch you into a healthier version of yourself.

Yoga & Chill

Vinyasa yoga “flow yoga” coupled with breathing, relaxation techniques, mindful thinking, and verbal affirmations. This class will lead you through a variety of poses designed to enhance your muscle strength and endurance as well as strengthen your mind.
